It may be noted that the citizens in this region have been appealing since last several years that a Women’s Arts & Science college must be started in the Kalasapakkam region!
In this situation, the surveying and associated land measurement activities commenced yesterday (Tuesday, 22nd February) at the base of the Parvatha Malai (Parvatha Mountain)on the land of approximately 22 acres. On this, the college is set to be constructed in an area covering 9 acres.
Subsequently, the Joint Collector Gajendran, Divisional Assistant Executive Engineer Rajasekharan, Assistant Engineer Srinavsalu, Executive Officer Hariharan and other officials were engaged in taking land measurements.
