By following good hygiene practices:
It is necessary to wash handa regularly worth soap and water plus use hand sanitizer. This would prevent germs from spreading

By maintaining good lifestyle:
Eating a balanced diet, doing exercises regularly and having sound sleep wouldn`t our immunity and this would help us to avoid walking pneumonia.

By managing stress:
By practising yoga, meditation etc, we could avoid stress in us. By this, we could avoid walking pneumonia.
