Having recurring back pain or body pain, then please eat these foods compulsorily!!

It is really tough to live with back pain or body pain as the pain can be debilitating. These days, many of us get affected by these pain due to various reasons is a well known fact. The person with body pain or back pain would normally seek the help of a doctor and physiotherapist etc to get some relief from the pain. Point is that body pain is an unpleasant sensation that can be due to the nervous system. Information is that back pain can range from dull and constant ache to sudden sharp pain. It is true that there are certain foods that can reduce inflammation and lower severe pain.

Turmeric intake:

It must be taken into account that turmeric is superb for its anti-inflammatory properties. This is mainly due to the presence of cucurmin in turmeric. We can eat turmeric by adding it to curries, soups etc.

Ginger intake:

Truth is that consuming ginger would reduce the body or back in us and this is due to the presence of gingerol in ginger. Gingerol is known for its superb anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Fatty fish intake:

The presence of omega 3 fatty acids in fatty fishes could lower the inflammation in us. As a result, our body or back pain would also get reduced.

Berries intake:

Berries have anthocyanins in them and this is a powerful antioxidant. This anthocyanin would fight inflammation and reduce body pain.

Spinach intake:

This vegetable has got anti-inflammatory compounds that are rich in antioxidants. By consuming spinach, our severe pain would get reduced and we could get huge relief.

Nuts intake:

Examples of nuts are almonds, walnuts etc. These nuts have got healthy fats, proteins and antioxidants etc and when consumed would provide huge relief from body or back pain etc.

Cherries intake:

It must be noted that cherries are red in cololour and are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds etc. It has been found out by research that tart cherries especially would lower joint pain.

Olive oil intake:

Olecanthol present in olive oil would lower inflammation in us. This olive oil can be consumed by us by adding extra virgin olive oil to salad dressings, cooking etc.

Garlic intake:

The sulphur compounds in garlic have anti-inflammatory properties and intake of garlic would reduce inflammation and body/back in us effectively.

Green tea intake:

Catechin rich green tea would reduce inflammation and body or back pain etc. Hence, persons with pain can drink green tea to get relief from pain. Green tea intake would also provide other superb health benefits is a well known fact.
