What is the importance of incorporating sesame oil in our diets?

Derived from sesame seeds are sesame oil that is nutrient rich edible vegetable oil. The country that produces sesame oil in large quantities is Tanzania. The presence of high amounts of antioxidants like sesaml and sesamin etc in sesame oil makes it highly healthy. Our overall health would get boosted by the intake of sesame oil.

Various nutrients present in sesame oil are calcium, zinc, copper, magnesium, omega 3 fatty acids, omega 6 fatty acids plus vitamins like E, K etc.

Reasons why we must consume or incorporate sesame oil in our diet are

Antioxidant rich:

The presence of lignans and vitamin E in sesame oil makes sesame oil rich in antioxidants. These antioxidants protect us by neutralising the free radicals. It is a known fact that free radicals could lead to chronic health issues in us.

Anti-inflammatory properties:
